Ok guys, this is a little random as I know you are probably thinking, “why on earth is fashion foie gras giving us fitness advice?” Well I’ll tell you why…there is a new disease plaguing the women of the world…BINGO WINGS (that horrible underarm flab).  Well Gwynnie and Madonna’s trainer has created an easy do at home five minute workout specifically for your arms to get them back into shape. And why is this important? Well ladies, it’s almost spring and this season there are tons of strapless, spaghetti strapped and one shoulder dresses coming that require some pretty fit arms. Do yourself a favour and start this regime tomorrow. You might just improve your dancing skills as well….
