Pringle of Scotland Autumn Winter 2011, London Fashion Week

If I could have I would have stood up and applauded as the last runway model finished her strut down the catwalk at Pringle today. The impressive line up of tweeds, furs and knits seemed to leave everyone with a warm feeling this morning. It also seemed to forecast a very bleak and cold winter ahead – if one is to judge by the layering.  The impressive line up, and impressive attendees, are signaling to the fashion world that the Scots still have some life in them! Pringle will have a cape, coat and high waisted trouser order from me in no time at all. However, the winning outfit has to be the Blanket wrap skirt with the black sweater and impressive knit/fur snood (see directly below).
