You know Royal Wedding fever has hit when even your travel card tries to get in on the deal! It was announced today that in the week leading up to the wedding TFL will sell 750,000 limited edition oyster cards featuring a portrait of Prince William and Kate Middleton. (For those living stateside…our Oyster cards are what we use to swipe in and out of the tube – aka subway – for every journey).
If I see anyone I know carrying this card I will disown you as a friend. This is beyond the ridiculous. What next? Royal Wedding PG Tips…oh God, please no!
