Last Friday night, 4th March 2011, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore was alive with celebrities, big buyers and street style photographers trying to capture all the action as it happened. This was the opening of the new Sergio Rossi concept store in Paris! The guestlist is one which any fashion house would die to maintain. Attendees included Carine Roitfeld, Anna Dello Russo, Francesco Russo (Sergio Rossi Creative Director), Jessica Stam, David Rubenstein, Giovanna Battaglia and countless more names familiar to any fashion follower.
The new concept store is “A playful tribute to femininity and an alluring homage to the world’s emblematic screen icons, the Paris store was inspired by the high-heeled shoe’s curvaceous silhouette heralding womanly beauty and power with dramatic furnishings in a domestically comfortable setting.”
