Is there anyone in the Lauren bloodline that isn’t incredibly driven and talented? WWD had a tidbit in the paper this morning about Greg Lauren starting up his own clothing line.The line will be for both men and women, the pieces are hand sewn by young Greg himself and the line has already been picked up by Barneys New York.
Now, a little background on Greg. I’ve already mentioned he’s the nephew of Ralph Lauren. You can see by the pic that he is devastatingly handsome. But a few things you might not already know:
1. He’s actually better known for being an amazing painter and dozens of celebs have his paintings hanging in their homes.
2. He’s also an actor. You may have seen him in The Wedding Planner, Boogie Nights, Batman Forever, A Time to Kill…and the list goes on and on…
3. He’s married to Elizabeth Berkley…remember Jessie from Saved by the Bell? Or some of you may remember her most recent work as the star of Showgirls.
4. He’d be a good guy to bring to the Metropolitan…he graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Art History in 1991.
