Recently, we’ve been talking a lot about body shape and about women coming in more shapes and sizes than are readily available in stores around the world. In fact, I’ve been doing a lot of talking about it but I haven’t really been doing much to change my own way of writing about and for the fashionable world we live in.
So it’s time for a change. This change will come into effect not only in writing about all different clothing but in calling attention to the sizes available when talking specifically about great finds. I’ll also be talking more about plus size women’s clothing in general and where one can find fashionable looks that do not resemble a tent!
We’re going to kick off by featuring this fab find from Marisota.com – a Single breasted collarless coat that comes in sizes from a 12-32! I’ve yet to meet a woman that isn’t flattered by this shape. It’s simple to work it into any outfit but a true classic is just pairing it with a great pair of jeans, a white t-shirt and a funky shoe (like a leopard flat).
On a side note, I just wanted to thank all of you that have written and asked for me to talk more about fashion on a wider scale. I want to do exactly this and thus far I’ve used time as an excuse for not doing this more. Well, time be damned! We’re moving full speed ahead and reaching out to all for fashion assistance!
