Heard of Spanx? Of course you have! It’s one of the most amazing inventions of the 21st century. It’s changed the whole world of fashion…and no, I am not exaggerating. Do you really think half the women that walk out on red carpets wearing skin tight dresses don’t have any bumps or wobbles to hide? They do… oh they do… but Spanx hides away the reality and shows off what you would believe to be a trim and toned physique. The woman behind these glorious bum stablizers is Sara Blakely and she is truly a woman worth emulating. What she has done with Spanx is quite honestly miraculous. Through hard work and never accepting the word “no” she has taken a desire to create great shapewear and not only lived out her dream but also become one of the youngest billionaires (recently recognized by Forbes) in the world by doing so.
I actually have google and youtube alerts set to notify me whenever a video or article is released concerning Sara and her next moves because each and every time I finish reading about her or watching her in action, I am inspired to push that little bit harder. And that has made all the difference!
