Gap’s new way to advertise… and it’s brilliant!

New York’s Metro cards had a bit of a makeover this week. Gap has opened its newest flagship store on 34th & Broadway and to encourage new and existing customers to come in for a shop they’ve offered a special 20% code on your daily Metro card. Now, if that isn’t one of the most brilliant ideas for marketing a new store in the big city, than smack me silly. Every morning you are reminded of the offer available to you and every morning you have to present a great deal of will power not to give into it!

Just a word to the folks at Gap… bring it over to London! Oyster cards are begging for a makeover.
