If you had told me I’d be out and about wearing sequin pants (trousers for those living in the UK) in the daylight, even last week, I would have told you you’re mad. Who wears sequin pants out and about during the day? Well, ladies and gents, I do, now. I’m a convert. I saw these online, ordered them for a special event, tried them on before leaving the house and thought to myself, “what the heck, I’ll just keep these on for the day.” And that’s how I became a day-sequin-styler. Just goes to show that breaking the comfort zone with fashion can be one of the most rewarding things you can do for style liberation. I went home and bought three more pairs of sequin trousers from the same retailer, as I’m sort of in love with this day glam now. I’ve listed them all below. Go forth and bring bright beautiful sequins to the world, ladies and gents. I have this new attitude that sequins are too fabulous and life is too short for us only to wear this spectacular decoration at night!
