50 Period Dramas to watch before Bridgerton Season 2

If you’re experiencing withdrawal after finishing your last episode of Bridgerton, this month’s movie recommendations will keep you busy until the launch of Season 2 on Netflix. We might have some time to wait, as it’s only just been approved for production. But, I come with good news. If this was the first time you stepped into the world of Regency-Era England, you are in for a treat. This has been a popular period for movies for decades and I’m about to send you down a big old rabbit hole. From Jane Austen to Emily Bronte, corseted bosoms to essential top hats, these are the 50 movies (and a view TV series) that will keep you entertained with romance, scandal, gossip and beautiful views of foreign lands. These are period dramas in movie and tv form that will most certainly keep you entertained between today and the day we are reunited with the Duke! Happy viewing! (Ps.
